OutputThis! is a part of the Structured Blogging initiative, providing routing services for posts intended to be published in more than one weblog. Anyone can sign up for an account, there is no charge though there is a limit on number of weblogs you can add (to prevent abuse). You can also access the services directly using your own XML-RPC clients.
